This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Circuit Engineering Solutions LLC to provide comprehensive professional services of a certified Electronics Engineer for the design, development, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems at the client's manufacturing facility located in the Industrial Area of Qatar Doha. The scope encompasses all technical activities required to deliver a fully operational automated production line control system, including but not limited to circuit design, PCB layout, firmware development, sensor integration, and on-site commissioning within the Doha metropolitan area.

The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized university, possesses over twelve years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, and is fully licensed to practice engineering in Qatar Doha in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Municipality and the Qatar Standards Organization (QSO). All deliverables will comply with IEC 61131, IEC 61508, and local Qatar Doha electrical safety codes.

The Electronics Engineer team will mobilize to the Qatar Doha site within ten (10) business days of contract award. The total estimated project duration is twenty-two (22) weeks from the date of commencement, with milestones as follows: Requirements sign-off (Week 2), Design freeze (Week 6), Prototype delivery (Week 10), On-site installation (Weeks 12–16), Testing and commissioning (Weeks 17–20), and Final handover with training (Week 22).

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating component costs in the Qatar Doha market.

4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon design freeze and prototype delivery, 20% upon successful commissioning, and 10% upon final handover and acceptance certificate.

4.3 All work performed by the Electronics Engineer shall be carried out in strict compliance with Qatar Doha municipal regulations, fire safety codes, and occupational health and safety standards enforced by the Ministry of Labour.

4.4 The client shall provide safe access to the facility, necessary power supply (3-phase 380V/50Hz), and a dedicated workspace for the Electronics Engineer team during on-site activities in Qatar Doha.

4.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed specifications will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.

4.6 Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, firmware, and documentation produced by the Electronics Engineer shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.

4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party hardware components (PLCs, HMI panels, industrial sensors, cable trays, and enclosures) unless explicitly stated. A separate material procurement schedule will be provided upon request. All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are exclusive of any customs duties applicable to imported electronic components entering Qatar Doha.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electronics Engineer services in Qatar Doha and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal service agreement between both parties.
