The total estimated project duration is six (6) weeks from the date of commencement, subject to timely availability of materials and client approvals at each milestone. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided upon contract signing.

Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing, 40% upon completion of installation, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in component costs or changes in the Tanzanian exchange rate.
Warranty: The Electronics Engineer guarantees all workmanship and supplied components for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning, excluding damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
Regulatory Compliance: All installations will comply with the Tanzania Building Code, TCRA licensing requirements, and EWURA safety standards. The Electronics Engineer will obtain all necessary permits and inspections prior to energization.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Dar es Salaam port.
Confidentiality: All technical drawings, schematics, and proprietary information shared during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
