The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Uzbekistan Tashkent project site and associated laboratories:
- Design, simulation, and prototyping of custom printed circuit boards (PCBs) for industrial automation controllers used in the Tashkent manufacturing line.
- Development and integration of embedded firmware for sensor arrays, motor control units, and real-time data acquisition systems.
- Conducting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and signal integrity analysis in compliance with IEC 61000 and local Uzbekistan Tashkent municipal electrical safety regulations.
- Supervision of the installation and commissioning of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and industrial Ethernet networks across the facility.
- Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), test reports, and as-built drawings, all to be submitted in both English and Uzbek languages.
- Training of on-site maintenance personnel in Tashkent on the operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of the electronics subsystems.

* All amounts are exclusive of any third-party hardware procurement costs, which will be itemized in a separate schedule upon client request. The total is equivalent to approximately USD 18,900 at the National Bank of Uzbekistan reference rate on the date of this Quotation Estimate.
5.1 — 30% advance payment (UZS 71,131,200) due within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
5.2 — 40% progress payment (UZS 94,841,600) due upon completion of the installation and commissioning milestone (Week 11).
5.3 — 30% final payment (UZS 71,131,200) due upon formal client acceptance and handover of all documentation (Week 14).
5.4 — All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Central Asia Technical Solutions LLC, National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
6.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
6.2 — The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including those enforced by the Tashkent City Executive Committee.
6.3 — Intellectual property rights for all designs, firmware, and documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
6.4 — Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a formal change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the contractor.
6.5 — Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre.
6.6 — The contractor reserves the right to substitute the assigned Electronics Engineer with a professional of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to prior written notice to the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the Electronics Engineer services to be delivered in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
