This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by our firm to Mvura Industrial Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of comprehensive Electronics Engineer services to be executed within the Harare metropolitan area, Zimbabwe. The Electronics Engineer services covered under this Quotation Estimate include the following deliverables, all to be performed at the client's facility located in the Harare industrial zone, Zimbabwe:

- Installation and calibration of sensor arrays (proximity, temperature, and pressure sensors) across three manufacturing bays.
- Programming and configuration of SCADA supervisory software for real-time monitoring and data logging.
- Wiring, termination, and commissioning of all electrical and electronic components in compliance with ZS 1017 wiring regulations applicable in Zimbabwe.
- Provision of a 12-month preventive maintenance contract covering all installed electronic systems.
- Training of up to eight (8) client personnel on system operation, basic troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Submission of as-built drawings, technical manuals, and a final commissioning report.

The Electronics Engineer team shall mobilize to the client's Harare, Zimbabwe site within five (5) business days of receiving a signed purchase order. The total estimated duration for completion of all deliverables under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of mobilization, subject to timely availability of client-procured hardware and access to the installation areas.
Payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (USD 6,962.10) upon signing of the service agreement.
- 40% Progress Payment (USD 9,282.80) upon completion of installation and commissioning.
- 30% Final Payment (USD 6,962.10) upon handover of documentation and successful acceptance testing.
All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the Zimbabwe Contracts Act [Chapter 8:01].
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in exchange rates, material costs, or regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe.
6.2 The Electronics Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe National Standards (ZNS), the Electrical Power Supply Act [Chapter 13:05], and all applicable regulations of the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA).
6.3 The client shall provide safe access to all work areas, necessary permits, and a dedicated point of contact on site in Harare, Zimbabwe. Failure to provide timely access may result in schedule extensions without additional cost to the client.
6.4 A warranty period of twelve (12) months shall apply to all workmanship performed by the Electronics Engineer team. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.
6.5 All intellectual property, design files, and source code developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
6.6 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Mediation Act [Chapter 7:11].
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Electronics Engineer services to be delivered in Zimbabwe Harare.
