2. Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services in Germany Munich

This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional services to be rendered by our certified Environmental Engineer team for the industrial facility located in the Munich metropolitan area, Germany. The engagement covers a comprehensive environmental compliance assessment, remediation planning, and ongoing monitoring in accordance with German federal and Bavarian state regulations, including the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), the Federal Water Act (WHG), and the Soil Protection Act (BBodSchG).

Our Environmental Engineer, Dipl.-Ing. Anna Schneider (VBI-certified, registered with the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers), will lead a team of three junior specialists to deliver the following deliverables for the client's manufacturing site in Germany Munich:

Full-site environmental audit including soil, groundwater, and atmospheric emission sampling across 12 designated monitoring points.
Preparation of a detailed Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report compliant with EU Directive 2014/52/EU as transposed into German law.
Design of a stormwater management and industrial wastewater treatment upgrade plan specific to the Munich municipal drainage infrastructure.

4. Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure transparency and alignment with project progress:

30% Advance Payment (EUR 27,060.60): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement.
40% Progress Payment (EUR 36,080.80): Due upon delivery of the completed EIA Report and Treatment Design documents.
30% Final Payment (EUR 27,060.60): Due within 14 calendar days of final acceptance of all deliverables by the client.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to GreenTech Environmental Solutions GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Munich, Germany. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue in accordance with German commercial practice (BGB § 286).

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Environmental Engineer services in Germany Munich.
All work shall be performed in strict compliance with applicable German federal law, Bavarian state regulations, and relevant EU environmental directives. The Environmental Engineer assumes responsibility for technical accuracy of all reports and designs delivered.
The client shall provide unrestricted access to the Munich site, all existing environmental documentation, and necessary permits for sampling and inspection activities.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by GreenTech Environmental Solutions GmbH prior to execution.
Confidentiality: All data, samples, and reports generated during this engagement are the exclusive property of the client. Our Environmental Engineer team is bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for a period of five years.
Liability is limited to the total contract value as stated in this Quotation Estimate. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Munich, Germany, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively with the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance is confirmed by written signature or electronic signature in accordance with the German Electronic Signature Act (SigG).
