The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for conducting site-specific environmental impact assessments, preparing environmental management plans, ensuring regulatory compliance with Moroccan environmental legislation (including Law 12-03 on the protection of the environment and Law 28-00 on waste management), and providing ongoing technical advisory services to the client throughout the project lifecycle in Morocco Casablanca.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of the Environmental Engineer's professional time, technical expertise, and standard fieldwork equipment. Travel expenses within the Casablanca metropolitan area are included; however, travel to sites outside the Casablanca-Settat region will be billed at cost with prior written approval from the client.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon submission of the EIA report and EMP, and 30% upon final project closure and delivery of the environmental closure report. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Moroccan commercial law.
The Environmental Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and shall comply with all applicable Moroccan environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and data protection laws (Law 09-08) throughout the duration of the engagement in Morocco Casablanca.
Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate assumes standard site access and that no extraordinary remediation or emergency environmental response is required.
- Third-party laboratory analysis costs (water, soil, air samples) are included up to 50 samples; additional samples will be charged at 1,200 MAD per sample.
- Any changes in scope, additional regulatory requirements imposed by Moroccan authorities, or force majeure events will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal change order.
- The Environmental Engineer is not liable for delays caused by governmental processing times at DRE Casablanca, ONEMA, or municipal offices.
- All deliverables shall be provided in both French and Arabic, as required by Moroccan regulatory authorities, with an English summary for the client's international stakeholders.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the Environmental Engineer to proceed with the services described herein for the project located in Morocco Casablanca. This signature constitutes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
