This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting LLC to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer services for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the Central Administrative District of Russia Moscow. The Environmental Engineer engagement encompasses all phases of environmental assessment, regulatory compliance, impact mitigation planning, and ongoing monitoring in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection" and all applicable Moscow City environmental regulations.

The Environmental Engineer team will conduct a full Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) covering air quality, water resources, soil contamination, noise levels, biodiversity, and waste management. All deliverables will be prepared in compliance with GOST standards and submitted to the Moscow City Committee for Environmental Protection (Mosekologiya) for regulatory approval.

Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract; 35% upon delivery and regulatory approval of the EIA report; and 25% upon completion of the final compliance certification. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of GreenScape Environmental Consulting LLC at Sberbank, Moscow Branch. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Russia Moscow.
• All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed by qualified professionals holding valid certifications recognized by the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Minprirody Rossii).
• The Environmental Engineer team shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 RUB throughout the duration of the engagement.
• Client shall provide unrestricted access to the project site in Russia Moscow, all existing geological and environmental records, and timely responses to information requests within 5 business days.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties.
• All reports and documentation shall be delivered in both Russian and English languages. The Russian-language versions shall be the legally binding documents for submission to authorities in Russia Moscow.
• Confidentiality: All data, findings, and proprietary information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Russia Moscow.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia (Moscow).

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Environmental Engineer services to be delivered in Russia Moscow.
