This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consultants Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a licensed Environmental Engineer for the Al-Nakheel Residential and Commercial Development Project located in the Olaya District of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The scope encompasses all environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance reviews, waste management planning, air quality monitoring, and sustainability consulting required under the Saudi Green Initiative and the Vision 2030 environmental directives.
The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project will hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in environmental consulting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All deliverables will comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) and the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised quotation.
3.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the EIA and monitoring phases, and 30% upon final delivery of the Environmental Compliance Report.
3.3 All services shall be performed by a qualified Environmental Engineer registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers. The lead engineer shall be present on-site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh a minimum of three (3) days per week during active monitoring phases.
3.4 The client shall provide timely access to the project site, existing geological and topographical data, and all necessary municipal approvals to allow the Environmental Engineer to proceed without delay.
3.5 Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change-order agreement and additional cost assessment.
3.6 All reports and deliverables shall be submitted in both Arabic and English to satisfy the regulatory requirements of Saudi Arabia Riyadh authorities.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
3.8 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined above for the engagement of the Environmental Engineer services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
