3. Professional Qualifications and Compliance

The lead Environmental Engineer assigned to this project, Dr. Markus Keller, holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zurich and is a registered member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). All supporting Environmental Engineer staff are certified under the Swiss Federal Act on the Protection of the Environment and hold valid cantonal permits for environmental consulting practice in Switzerland Zurich. All laboratory analyses will be conducted at ISO 17025-accredited facilities within the Zurich metropolitan area to ensure data integrity and regulatory acceptance.

4. Payment Terms

30% advance payment upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% milestone payment upon delivery and client approval of the completed Environmental Impact Assessment and Remediation Strategy documents.
30% final payment upon submission of the Final Environmental Compliance Report and completion of the post-construction verification audit.
All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Swiss National Bank reference rate plus 2% per annum.
Payments shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. The account is held with UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in Switzerland Zurich.
All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Swiss federal environmental legislation, the Canton of Zurich Environmental Protection Ordinance, and applicable EU directives as incorporated into Swiss law.
The Environmental Engineer team shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000 per occurrence, as required for environmental consulting engagements in Switzerland.
Confidentiality: All data, site information, and proprietary findings generated during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions affecting operations in Switzerland Zurich.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Zurich, Switzerland, in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI). Governing law is Swiss Federal Law.
Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer firm retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client approval.
Subcontracting: No portion of the work shall be subcontracted without prior written approval from the client. All subcontractors, if approved, must meet the same professional and regulatory standards as the primary Environmental Engineer team.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions in Switzerland Zurich. Any unforeseen site conditions, additional regulatory requirements imposed by BAFU or the Canton of Zurich, or scope changes exceeding 10% of the original work description will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days of the change request. 6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services in Switzerland Zurich and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document constitutes a binding offer upon countersignature by both parties.
