1. SCOPE OF WORK – ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER SERVICES IN TURKEY ISTANBULThis Quotation Estimate is prepared by GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer professional services for the client's industrial and commercial development project located in Turkey Istanbul. The scope encompasses all regulatory compliance, environmental impact assessment, waste management planning, air and water quality monitoring, and sustainability consulting required under the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı) regulations and applicable European Union environmental directives as adopted in Turkish law.
The designated Environmental Engineer will hold a valid professional license (Mühendislik Odası Kaydı) registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Engineers (İstanbul Mühendis ve Mimar Odaları Birliği – İMMO) and will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in environmental consulting within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan region. All services will be delivered in accordance with Turkish Environmental Law No. 2872, the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation (ÇED Yönetmeliği), and relevant municipal bylaws of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
- All services shall be performed by a qualified and licensed Environmental Engineer or a team of environmental engineers under the direct supervision of the Lead Environmental Engineer designated by GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting Ltd.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site in Turkey Istanbul, all necessary permits, and relevant project documentation within five (5) business days of a written request.
- Any change in scope, site conditions, or regulatory requirements in Turkey Istanbul that materially affects the work described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
- All laboratory analyses shall be conducted by ISO 17025:2017 accredited laboratories operating within the Republic of Turkey. Results shall be reported in Turkish and English.
- The Environmental Engineer team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu No. 6331) while working on-site in Turkey Istanbul.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the client. GreenSolutions shall not disclose any project-specific information to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Turkey Istanbul.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Upon acceptance, this document shall serve as the technical and commercial annex to the master contract.
