The core of this Quotation Estimate centers on the professional engagement of a Film Director with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in documentary and narrative filmmaking. The Film Director will be responsible for the following in the context of an Afghanistan Kabul production environment:

Full creative vision development, including script consultation, storyboard approval, and shot-list design tailored to the cultural and geographic landscape of Afghanistan Kabul.
Directing all principal photography sessions, managing on-set talent, and ensuring narrative coherence across multiple shooting locations within and around the capital.
Overseeing the Film Director's unit, which includes a Director of Photography, Script Supervisor, Production Designer, and two (2) Assistant Directors, all of whom will be based in Afghanistan Kabul during the production period.
Conducting pre-production location scouts across Kabul's historic districts, including the old city, the new commercial corridors, and the surrounding green belts, to identify optimal filming sites.
Managing post-production direction, including editorial oversight, color grading direction, and final sound design approval, all conducted at our post-production facility in Afghanistan Kabul.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Afghanistan Kabul.
Payment Schedule: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 30% upon final delivery of the master file. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the account designated by Aria Visual Productions LLC, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Film Director Availability: The named Film Director is reserved exclusively for this project for the full 14-week period. Substitution of the Film Director requires written consent from the client and shall not result in any fee reduction.
Security & Force Majeure: Given the operational environment in Afghanistan Kabul, the client acknowledges that security conditions may necessitate schedule adjustments. The Film Director and production team reserve the right to suspend filming for up to five (5) days per month without penalty if local security conditions in Kabul or surrounding areas render filming unsafe.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the finished film, including the Film Director's creative contributions, shall vest in the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions.
Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes two (2) rounds of editorial revisions in post-production. Additional revisions will be billed at $850 per hour for the Film Director's time.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, with disputes to be resolved through arbitration in Kabul.

Important Note: All rates in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes in Afghanistan Kabul. International shipping of physical media, if required, will be quoted separately. The Film Director's fee covers creative direction only and does not include personal travel to or from Afghanistan for the Director if originating from outside the country; such travel will be itemized as an additional line upon request.
