The Film Director identified in this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services for the production to be filmed in and around the Federal District of Brazil, Brasília, including but not limited to the Plano Piloto, Asa Norte, Asa Sul, Lago Paranoá, and the surrounding rural areas of the Cerrado biome:
- Pre-Production (Brasília, DF): Script analysis, creative development, shot list design, location scouting across Brasília's iconic architecture (including the Cathedral of Brasília, the National Congress, and the Palácio do Planalto), casting coordination with local talent agencies in the Federal District, and production scheduling aligned with Brasília's tropical climate patterns.
- Principal Photography (Brasília, DF): On-set direction of all principal and supporting actors, camera crew supervision, lighting design coordination, and daily creative decision-making for a minimum of 12 shooting days within the Brasília metropolitan area.
- Post-Production Oversight: Editorial guidance, color grading supervision, sound design consultation, and final cut approval for the completed film to be delivered in 4K resolution.
- Creative Consultation: Ongoing availability for creative meetings, both in-person at the production office in Brasília and via remote communication, throughout the entire production lifecycle.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of principal photography in Brazil, Brasília, and 30% upon final delivery of the completed film. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by the Film Director. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the client and the Film Director for the production to be carried out in Brazil, Brasília. Any modifications to scope, timeline, or location within the Federal District must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Brazil, Brasília. The dry season (May to September) is recommended for outdoor filming. Should the production schedule fall during the rainy season (October to April), additional contingency provisions may apply and will be communicated separately by the Film Director.Upon completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the Film Director shall deliver: (a) a final edited film in 4K DCI-P3 color space, (b) a director's commentary track, (c) all approved dailies and behind-the-scenes footage captured in Brasília, and (d) a comprehensive production report documenting all creative decisions made during the shoot in Brazil, Brasília.
All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are governed by the Brazilian Civil Code and applicable Federal District (DF) regulations. Intellectual property rights to the final film shall be determined by a separate IP agreement. The Film Director reserves the right to withdraw from this engagement with 15 days' written notice in the event of force majeure. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Brasília, DF, Brazil.
