Payment for the Film Director services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made according to the following schedule:
- 30% Deposit: Due upon execution of the production agreement (approximately $36,894.00 CAD) to secure the Film Director's availability for the Canada Montreal production dates.
- 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of principal photography (approximately $49,192.00 CAD).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of the final cut and all deliverables (approximately $36,894.00 CAD).
All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account of Laurent Beaumont Productions Inc., a registered corporation in the Province of Quebec, Canada. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements for tax documentation.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability for the Film Director may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Canada Montreal film industry.
5.2 Cancellation: Should the production be cancelled after the Film Director has commenced pre-production work, the client shall be liable for all fees incurred up to the date of cancellation, plus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellation prior to the commencement of pre-production requires a 14-day written notice.
5.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all creative materials developed by the Film Director (including storyboards, shot lists, and directorial notes) shall become the property of the production entity.
