CineAndes Productions SpA is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a senior Film Director to oversee all creative and on-set leadership responsibilities for the feature documentary "Cumbres." All services described herein will be delivered within the metropolitan area of Chile Santiago and its immediate surroundings, in full compliance with Chilean labor regulations (Código del Trabajo) and the applicable provisions of the Chilean Copyright Law (Ley 17.336). The Film Director will serve as the primary creative authority on set, responsible for visual storytelling, actor and subject direction, shot composition, pacing, and final editorial vision.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Chile Santiago film industry.
- Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon delivery of the final locked cut. All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to CineAndes Productions SpA, Banco de Chile, Account No. 1234567-8.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. Final approval rights on the completed film shall be shared equally between the Film Director and the client, as stipulated in the separate Creative Services Agreement.
- All services will be performed in accordance with Chilean labor law. The Film Director is engaged as an independent contractor (contrato de prestación de servicios) and is responsible for their own social security contributions (AFP) and health insurance (ISAPRE/Fonasa).
- Intellectual property: All footage, scripts, and creative materials produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Film Director and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and at film festivals in Chile Santiago and internationally.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic activity), government-mandated shutdowns, or extreme weather conditions affecting filming in the Chile Santiago region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. This document is provided for budgetary and planning purposes only.
- Any changes to scope, schedule, or deliverables must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional days beyond the contingency buffer will be billed at the applicable daily rate stated above.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago.
