This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive services to be rendered by our senior Film Director and associated creative team for the production of "Monsoon Echoes." The engagement is specifically tailored to the cinematic landscape of India Mumbai, leveraging the city's diverse locations, skilled crew base, and world-class post-production infrastructure. The Film Director shall be responsible for the following:
- Creative Vision & Pre-Production: Development of the director's treatment, shot-by-shot storyboard, location scouting across Mumbai's iconic and hidden locales, casting direction, and rehearsal scheduling. The Film Director will conduct a minimum of four full-table reads with the principal cast in Mumbai.
- Principal Photography Direction: On-set direction of all actors, camera operators, and department heads across 22 shooting days. The Film Director will manage the daily shooting schedule, ensure continuity, and maintain the artistic integrity of the project throughout the production phase in India Mumbai.
- Post-Production Supervision: The Film Director will oversee the editing process, select and direct the final cut, supervise the color grading, sound design, and music scoring sessions. All post-production work will be coordinated through studios located in Mumbai, India.
- Marketing & Festival Support: The Film Director will participate in up to three promotional interviews, one press conference in Mumbai, and provide creative input for the film's trailer and marketing materials.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on market conditions in the India Mumbai film industry.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to CineCraft Productions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Andheri West Branch, Mumbai, India. Cheques payable to "CineCraft Productions Pvt. Ltd."
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. However, the Client retains final approval rights over the completed film as per the separate Production Agreement.
- Any change in shooting schedule exceeding 5 additional days in Mumbai, India, or relocation of principal photography to another city in India, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
- The Film Director and all crew members shall comply with all applicable laws of India, including the Cinematographers Act, 1927, and local municipal regulations of Mumbai.
- Intellectual property of the final film shall vest with the Client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by monsoon flooding, government-imposed lockdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, which are common considerations for film production in India Mumbai.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Production Agreement.
