Important: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs and does not constitute a contractual offer. Final terms will be governed by a separate Production Services Agreement executed between the parties. All services described herein are to be performed in and around Italy Naples unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Italy Naples production sector.
- Payment Schedule: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the Production Services Agreement; 40% upon commencement of principal photography in Italy Naples; 30% upon delivery of the final cut and director’s approval.
- Working Hours: Standard shooting days in Italy Naples are 12 hours (07:00 – 19:00). Overtime beyond 12 hours will be billed at 1.5× the applicable daily rate for the Film Director and all crew members.
- Location Permits: The production company is responsible for obtaining all municipal and regional filming permits required by the Comune di Napoli and the Regione Campania. Our Film Director will provide full cooperation and documentation to facilitate this process.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to volcanic activity on Mount Vesuvius, severe weather affecting the Bay of Naples, or government-mandated shutdowns.
- Intellectual Property: All creative direction, shot compositions, and directorial interpretations developed by the Film Director during the engagement in Italy Naples shall remain the property of the production company upon full payment of all fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved under Italian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creative content, budget details, and production schedule of the project filmed in Italy Naples.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Film Director and associated services for a production based in Italy Naples.
