This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Cinematic Productions SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with engaging a senior Film Director for a full production cycle to be executed in Morocco Casablanca. The scope of this estimate covers pre-production planning, principal photography, on-set direction, and post-production oversight. All rates quoted herein reflect current market conditions in the Moroccan film industry and are calibrated specifically for productions staged in the Casablanca metropolitan area, including but not limited to the historic medina, the Atlantic coastline, the modern business district of Anfa, and the surrounding provinces of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Casablanca-Settat.
The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following deliverables and responsibilities throughout the production lifecycle in Morocco Casablanca:
- Pre-Production (4 weeks): Script analysis, storyboard development, location scouting across Casablanca and surrounding regions, casting coordination with local Moroccan talent agencies, shot-list preparation, and technical rehearsals. The Film Director will conduct a minimum of three on-site location reconnaissance visits within the Casablanca-Settat region.
- Principal Photography (6 weeks): Full on-set direction of all principal and supporting actors, coordination with the Director of Photography, production designer, sound department, and special effects team. Daily call sheets, blocking sessions, and performance coaching will be conducted by the Film Director on location in Morocco Casablanca.
- Post-Production Oversight (3 weeks): Editorial direction, color grading supervision, sound design approval, and final cut review. The Film Director will be available for a minimum of twelve (12) editorial sessions at the post-production facility in Casablanca.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon commencement of principal photography; 30% upon delivery of the final cut. All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Cinematic Productions SARL, Bank of Africa, Casablanca branch.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the production schedule, additional shooting days, or changes in filming locations within or outside Morocco Casablanca will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-imposed filming restrictions, severe weather conditions affecting coastal Casablanca locations, or public health emergencies.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all creative direction materials, storyboards, and editorial decisions made by the Film Director shall remain the property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in professional portfolios and industry festivals.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca under the rules of the Moroccan Arbitration Center.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creative content, budget details, and production logistics of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement by a period of two (2) years.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Film Director for the production to be carried out in Morocco Casablanca. This document constitutes a binding offer upon countersignature by both parties.
