1. Scope of Services — Film Director Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cinematic Vision Productions Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Film Director for the production of the feature documentary titled "Lagos Rising." All services will be rendered within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area and its immediate environs, in full compliance with the Nigerian Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) regulations and the National Film and Video Censors Board Act (Cap F15, LFN 2004).
The Film Director engaged under this quotation shall be responsible for the complete creative and technical direction of the project, including but not limited to pre-production planning, on-set direction, performance coaching, shot composition, continuity oversight, and post-production supervision. The director will work in close collaboration with the client's production team, cinematographer, sound engineer, and editorial staff throughout the entire production cycle in Nigeria Lagos.

3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment (40%): ₦ 9,288,000 due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the production agreement, prior to the commencement of pre-production activities.
- Mid-Production Payment (35%): ₦ 8,127,000 due upon completion of principal photography (Day 25 of shooting in Nigeria Lagos).
- Final Payment (25%): ₦ 5,805,000 due upon delivery of the final cut and completion of all post-production supervision duties.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account: Zenith Bank PLC, Account Name: Cinematic Vision Productions Ltd., Account Number: 1014-5829-3371, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Nigeria Lagos film production industry.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. However, the client reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions during post-production at no additional cost.
- All intellectual property rights in the final delivered footage and finished film shall vest in the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government shutdowns, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Nigeria Lagos.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Production Services Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Lagos State Film Industry Act, and applicable NFVCB guidelines.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Film Director services in Nigeria Lagos and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a binding expression of intent to proceed to the execution of a formal Production Services Agreement within fourteen (14) days of acceptance.
