The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds over fifteen years of experience in narrative and documentary filmmaking, with a proven track record of delivering award-winning productions across Russia Moscow and international markets. The Director will work exclusively within the Moscow metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing. All travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses for the Film Director during the production period in Russia Moscow are included in the rates above. Should the production require the Film Director to travel beyond a 100-kilometer radius of central Moscow, additional transportation and lodging costs will be invoiced separately at actual expense, subject to prior written approval by the Client.
- Advance Payment (30%): Due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Amount: 2,019,000 RUB.
- Mid-Production Payment (40%): Due upon completion of principal photography in Russia Moscow. Amount: 2,692,000 RUB.
- Final Payment (30%): Due upon delivery of the final cut and all associated materials. Amount: 2,019,000 RUB.
- All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Film Productions LLC, Sberbank, Moscow, Russia. IBAN and BIC details are provided on the accompanying invoice.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production, subject to the agreed-upon script and budget parameters outlined in the master services agreement.
- All intellectual property rights in the final film shall vest in the Client upon full and final payment, as stipulated in the separate Production Agreement to be executed concurrently with this Quotation Estimate.
- The Film Director shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, including but not limited to data protection laws (Federal Law No. 152-FZ), labor regulations, and Moscow municipal filming permits.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-issued restrictions on public gatherings in Russia Moscow, shall suspend the production timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Production Agreement. It serves solely as a financial estimate and scope reference.
- Any changes to the scope of work, shooting schedule, or location within Russia Moscow must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before implementation.
