The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core responsibilities at the Japan Kyoto office:

• Preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with J-GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements applicable to entities registered in Japan Kyoto.
• Development of detailed financial models, variance analyses, and budgeting frameworks to support strategic decision-making by the executive leadership team.
• Conducting cash-flow forecasting, working-capital optimization, and liquidity risk assessments specific to the operational profile of the client's Japan Kyoto division.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including EBITDA margins, return on invested capital, and debt-to-equity ratios, with monthly written reports delivered to the Director of Finance.
• Assisting with statutory tax filings, corporate tax reconciliation, and coordination with external auditors and the National Tax Agency offices in Kyoto Prefecture.
• Providing ad-hoc financial advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising activities conducted within the Japan Kyoto business corridor.
• Maintaining and updating the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable systems, and internal control documentation in alignment with the client's corporate governance policies.

The Financial Analyst proposed under this Quotation Estimate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investment analysis, with at least two (2) years of direct experience working within a Japanese corporate environment. The candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution, and will ideally hold a CPA (Japan), CFA, or ACCA designation. Fluency in both Japanese and English is a mandatory requirement, as the Financial Analyst will interface with both domestic stakeholders in Japan Kyoto and international parent-company representatives. The candidate will be a resident of, or willing to relocate to, the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area and will be available for a full-time, on-site engagement of no fewer than 40 hours per week.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: the one-time recruitment and placement fee (Item 1) and the onboarding fee (Item 3) are due within fourteen (14) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The monthly professional service fee (Item 2) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each calendar month and is payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Quarterly and annual consulting fees (Items 4 and 5) shall be invoiced upon completion of the respective service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Advisory Group K.K. in the Bank of Kyoto, Nakagyo Branch.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all fees and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Japan Kyoto.
2. The Financial Analyst shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Termination by either party requires sixty (60) days' written notice, in compliance with the Japanese Labor Standards Act.
3. All work performed by the Financial Analyst shall be conducted at the client's premises in Japan Kyoto, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remote work arrangements, if any, shall not exceed two (2) days per week.
4. Meridian Advisory Group K.K. shall bear full responsibility for the Financial Analyst's employment tax withholding, pension contributions, health insurance, and workers' compensation as mandated by Japanese national and Kyoto Prefectural regulations.
5. Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary financial data, trade secrets, and strategic information of the client. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kyoto, Japan, and, failing mediation, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance is indicated by the signature and date in the block below.
