This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Professional Solutions S.L. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional engagement of a qualified Financial Analyst based in Spain Valencia. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial modelling, preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, performing variance analysis, forecasting revenue and expenditure, and delivering actionable insights to senior management and the board of directors.

The engagement is structured to comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, including the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, and the specific provisions of the Comunidad Valenciana regional employment framework. The Financial Analyst will operate from the client's premises in Valencia or, as agreed, in a hybrid arrangement incorporating remote work days, in accordance with the current Spanish remote work legislation (Ley 10/2021).

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing, particularly the Financial Analyst salary benchmark and software licence costs, may be subject to revision to reflect current market conditions in Spain Valencia.
• Payment Schedule: The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 1 and 2) are due within fifteen (15) business days of contract signature. Monthly salary, social security contributions, and management fees are payable on the last working day of each calendar month via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Valencia Professional Solutions S.L.
• Software Licences: The annual software subscription costs are payable in a single lump sum within thirty (30) days of the Quotation Estimate acceptance. Licences are non-transferable and tied to the specific Financial Analyst engagement.
• Tax Compliance: All amounts are subject to Spanish tax regulations. The client is responsible for any additional tax obligations arising from the engagement. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute tax advice.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the Financial Analyst engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for the financial sector in the Comunidad Valenciana. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied to all recurring costs.
• Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary models accessed during the engagement in Spain Valencia.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, or by arbitration before the Valencia Chamber of Commerce (Cámara Oficial de Comercio de Valencia), at the option of the aggrieved party.
