4. Scope of Services – Financial Analyst Placement

Meridian Talent Solutions Ltd shall provide the following services in relation to the recruitment and placement of a Financial Analyst for the client's operations in United Kingdom Birmingham:

• Design and execution of a structured interview process including initial screening calls, technical assessments, and final panel interviews.
• Conducting thorough reference checks, skills verification, and compliance screening in accordance with United Kingdom employment law.
• Preparation and negotiation of the employment contract, including salary benchmarking against current Birmingham market rates for Financial Analyst roles.
• Onboarding support and a 90-day post-placement performance review to ensure the Financial Analyst integrates effectively into the client's Birmingham-based finance team.
• Access to Meridian's dedicated account manager for the duration of the engagement and a 12-month replacement guarantee.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 A deposit of 30% (GBP 8,136.00 including VAT) of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance of this document and execution of the service agreement.
6.2 The remaining 70% (GBP 18,984.00 including VAT) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days of the successful placement and commencement of the Financial Analyst in the United Kingdom Birmingham office.
6.3 All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
6.4 Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Terms & Conditions

7.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all fees and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United Kingdom Birmingham.
7.2 The Financial Analyst placement is subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification, DBS clearance (where applicable), and professional qualification verification.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of a Financial Analyst in United Kingdom Birmingham, and agrees to all terms and conditions set out herein.
