Scope of Work – Financial Analyst Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Advisory & Consulting Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing provision of a qualified Financial Analyst to operate within the Manchester, United Kingdom office of Northgate Industrial Holdings PLC. The Financial Analyst will be embedded within the client's finance and strategy division, reporting directly to the CFO, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial modelling, variance analysis, budgeting support, and strategic reporting in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.

The Financial Analyst will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) from the Manchester, United Kingdom premises, with the option of up to two days per week remote working as agreed in writing. All deliverables, including monthly management accounts, quarterly board packs, and ad-hoc analytical briefings, will be produced to the professional standards expected by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). This Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of the Financial Analyst engagement, from initial candidate sourcing through to the final month of the twelve-month contract term.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance received after 12 July 2025 will require re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Financial Analyst candidate pool in the Manchester, United Kingdom market.
• All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to 20% VAT in accordance with UK tax legislation. No additional charges will be incurred unless expressly agreed in a written variation to this Quotation Estimate.
• Payment terms: 50% of the recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 01 and 02) are due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of the Financial Analyst commencing employment. Monthly service fees (Items 03–06) are invoiced in arrears on the last working day of each calendar month, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
• The Financial Analyst will be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months. Early termination by either party requires sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied to the remaining monthly fees as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
• Meridian Advisory & Consulting Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and employer's liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the Financial Analyst engagement in Manchester, United Kingdom.
• All work performed by the Financial Analyst shall be subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. Confidentiality obligations as set out in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall apply to all financial data, client records, and proprietary information handled during the engagement.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon countersignature, it becomes a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
