- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All Firefighter personnel assigned to the site shall undergo a minimum of 200 hours of certified training and shall maintain valid medical fitness certificates as required by the Sri Lankan Fire Service Department.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within 30 days of service commencement. Recurring monthly fees are due on the 5th of each month.
- The client agrees to provide a dedicated on-site room for Firefighter personnel rest, equipment storage, and communication systems.
- All fire safety equipment supplied under this estimate shall carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Replacement parts are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or civil unrest in Sri Lanka Colombo, shall exempt both parties from contractual obligations during the affected period.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
- Our Firefighter team shall report directly to the client's designated safety officer and shall coordinate with the Colombo Fire Brigade for all major emergency response scenarios.
- All data and site-specific information shared during the preparation of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Firefighter services in Sri Lanka Colombo and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
