3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Firefighter equipment and services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to currency fluctuation of the Tanzanian Shilling (TZS) against the US Dollar.
3.2 Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery and installation of all Firefighter equipment in Dar es Salaam; 20% upon successful completion of the Firefighter training program and final acceptance.
3.3 Delivery: All Firefighter equipment shall be delivered to the designated Fire & Rescue stations across Dar es Salaam, Tanzania within forty-five (45) working days from the date of purchase order confirmation.
3.4 Warranty: All Firefighter PPE and SCBA units carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The training program includes a one-year post-course support period for refresher sessions.
3.5 Compliance: All Firefighter equipment supplied shall comply with Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) regulations, EAC harmonized standards, and NFPA international benchmarks. Certificates of conformity shall accompany each delivery.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
