1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by PT. Nusantara GeoConsulting Services in response to the formal request from PT. Graha Propertindo Nusantara for comprehensive geological assessment and consulting services. The scope of work described herein pertains to the engagement of a qualified Geologist and supporting geological team to conduct site investigation, subsurface characterization, and geological risk assessment for a mixed-use commercial and residential development project located in the South Jakarta area, Indonesia Jakarta. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate outlining all professional fees, fieldwork costs, laboratory analyses, and deliverables associated with the proposed geological services.
2. Description of Geologist ServicesThe primary professional engagement under this Quotation Estimate involves the deployment of a licensed Geologist (holding a valid IAGI certification and registered with the Indonesian Geological Engineering Council) to perform the following services in Indonesia Jakarta:
- Desktop Geological Study: Review of existing geological maps, seismic hazard data, and historical subsurface records for the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, including the alluvial plains of the Ciliwung and Cisadane river basins.
- Field Investigation and Borehole Drilling: Supervision and execution of a minimum of twelve (12) borehole locations with depths ranging from 15 to 40 meters below ground level, conducted by the lead Geologist and a team of four (4) field technicians.
- Geotechnical and Geological Sampling: Collection of undisturbed and disturbed soil and rock samples for laboratory testing, including Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Cone Penetration Test (CPT), and laboratory geotechnical analysis.
- Hydrogeological Assessment: Evaluation of groundwater conditions, water table fluctuations, and potential contamination risks specific to the Indonesia Jakarta urban environment.
- Seismic and Slope Stability Analysis: Assessment of seismic vulnerability and slope stability for the proposed development footprint in Indonesia Jakarta, in compliance with SNI 1726:2019 and applicable local building regulations.

4. Project TimelineThe total estimated duration for the completion of all Geologist services under this Quotation Estimate is approximately eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of contract signing, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in Indonesia Jakarta. The detailed milestone schedule will be provided upon formal acceptance of this quotation.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on current market rates in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- All payments shall be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via bank transfer to the account of PT. Nusantara GeoConsulting Services, Bank Mandiri, Account No. 123-00-456789-1.
- The Geologist and all field personnel shall comply with all applicable Indonesian regulations, including but not limited to the Mining Law (UU No. 3/2020), Environmental Law (UU No. 32/2009), and local Jakarta provincial building and land-use regulations.
- Any additional scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost quotation.
- The client is responsible for providing safe and unrestricted access to the project site in Indonesia Jakarta, including coordination with local residents and municipal authorities.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with Indonesian law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Geologist and geological services team in Indonesia Jakarta.
