This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by GeoKarachi Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Geologist to deliver geological survey, site investigation, and environmental geology services within the metropolitan and industrial regions of Pakistan Karachi. The scope of work outlined herein has been developed in accordance with the client's requirements for a multi-phase infrastructure development project situated in the Port Qasim Industrial Zone. This document serves as the definitive pricing reference and forms the basis for contractual agreement between both parties.

The following table details the complete range of geological services to be rendered by the assigned Geologist and supporting field team. All rates are inclusive of travel within the Karachi metropolitan area, standard field equipment, and laboratory analysis at accredited facilities in Pakistan Karachi.

The lead Geologist assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized university in Pakistan (e.g., University of Karachi, NUST, or Quaid-i-Azam University) with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in site investigation within the Sindh province. The Geologist must be a registered member of the Geological Society of Pakistan and hold a valid professional license issued by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). All supporting field technicians shall possess relevant diplomas and a minimum of 5 years of field experience in the Pakistan Karachi region.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
  2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of fieldwork (boreholes and geophysical survey), and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geological Investigation Report.
  3. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GeoKarachi Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Karachi Main Branch, Account No. 0045-8872-1134-5567.
  4. The Geologist and field team shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), Pakistan Geological Survey (PGS), and local municipal authorities in Karachi.
  5. Any additional boreholes, extended drilling depths, or supplementary geophysical lines beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be billed at the unit rates specified in this Quotation Estimate, subject to prior written approval by the client.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to monsoon flooding in the Karachi coastal zone, government-imposed restrictions, or natural seismic events, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
  7. All data, core samples, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to anonymized academic publication of findings with prior written consent.
  8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
  9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties on their respective letterheads.
Note: The above Quotation Estimate assumes standard access to the project site in Port Qasim, Karachi. If site access is restricted, hazardous conditions are encountered (e.g., high groundwater table, unstable alluvial deposits), or additional regulatory clearances are required by the Pakistan Karachi municipal authorities, a supplementary cost assessment will be issued within five (5) working days of such an event.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Geologist and associated geological services in Pakistan Karachi.
