This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoConsult Moscow LLC to formally present the scope, schedule, and financial breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Geologist and supporting geological field team to conduct comprehensive subsurface investigation, soil classification, and environmental geological assessment for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the Novomoskovsky District of the Russia Moscow region. This document serves as a binding cost proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above unless otherwise amended in writing by both parties.
The Geologist and the associated field and laboratory team engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following services within the Russia Moscow project site and its immediate surroundings:
- Desktop Geological Review: Compilation and analysis of existing geological, hydrogeological, and geotechnical data for the Russia Moscow region, including review of historical borehole logs, regional geological maps published by Rosgeollogiya, and seismic hazard assessments specific to the Moscow Basin.
- Field Borehole Drilling Program: Design and supervision of a minimum of 12 exploratory boreholes (depth range: 15 to 40 metres) across the project footprint in Russia Moscow, including core sampling, standard penetration tests (SPT), and in-situ vane shear testing at specified intervals.
- Soil and Rock Classification: Laboratory testing of recovered core samples in accordance with GOST 25100-2020 (Soil Classification) and GOST 21140-2019 (Rock Classification), including grain-size distribution, Atterberg limits, unconfined compressive strength, and point-load index determinations.
- Groundwater Assessment: Installation of temporary monitoring piezometers, measurement of static and dynamic water levels, and collection of water samples for chemical and microbiological analysis to evaluate the hydrogeological regime of the Russia Moscow site.
- Environmental Geological Survey: Identification and mapping of potential contamination sources, assessment of soil and groundwater quality in compliance with SanPiN 2.1.7.573-96 and Federal Law No. 7-FZ on Environmental Protection, as applicable in Russia Moscow.
- Geotechnical Design Recommendations: Preparation of a detailed engineering geological report providing foundation design parameters, allowable bearing capacities, settlement predictions, and recommendations for dewatering and slope stability for the Russia Moscow development.
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Preparation of all deliverables in Russian and English, formatted to satisfy the requirements of the State Expertise (GosEkspertiza) authority in Russia Moscow, including digital submission via the GosStroyNadzor portal.
The total estimated duration for the completion of all geological services under this Quotation Estimate is 14 weeks from the date of the signed contract. The schedule is structured as follows: Weeks 1–2 for desktop review and mobilisation; Weeks 3–7 for field drilling and sampling in Russia Moscow; Weeks 8–11 for laboratory testing and data analysis; and Weeks 12–14 for report compilation, internal quality review, and final submission to the client.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of GeoConsult Moscow LLC. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance payment upon execution of the contract; 40% upon completion of all field drilling and sampling activities in Russia Moscow; and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Engineering Geological Report. All invoices shall be issued in accordance with the Federal Law No. 54-FZ on the application of cash register equipment in the Russian Federation.
This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following conditions:
(a) The Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Geologist and field team must be reconfirmed in writing.
(b) The scope of work is limited to the project site boundaries as defined in the attached site plan. Any additional boreholes, extended testing, or scope changes requested by the client in Russia Moscow shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and a written change order.
(c) The Geologist and field personnel shall comply with all applicable Russian federal and regional regulations, including the Federal Law No. 74-FZ on the Subsoil, the Mining Code of the Russian Federation, and local Moscow Region environmental and safety ordinances.
(d) All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. GeoConsult Moscow LLC reserves the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
(e) Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions affecting field operations in Russia Moscow, government-mandated work stoppages, or natural disasters, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without additional cost to either party.
(f) Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and financial terms for the geological services to be performed in Russia Moscow. This document, once countersigned, shall form the basis of the formal Service Contract to be executed within five (5) business days.
