This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Masani Geological Consulting LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and associated geological field and laboratory services to be executed within the city of Saudi Arabia Jeddah and its surrounding coastal and inland zones. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement. All rates quoted herein are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.

The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in support of the Red Sea coastal infrastructure project located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

  • Conduct detailed geological mapping and stratigraphic analysis of the coastal sedimentary formations along the Jeddah shoreline, spanning approximately 12 kilometers of the Red Sea littoral zone.
  • Perform in-situ geotechnical investigations including Standard Penetration Tests (SPT), Cone Penetration Tests (CPT), and borehole logging at a minimum of 24 designated locations across the project site in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  • Prepare a comprehensive geological risk assessment report addressing seismic vulnerability, liquefaction potential, and coastal erosion susceptibility specific to the Jeddah metropolitan area.
  • Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance during foundation excavation and earthworks activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations.
  • Deliver a final geological report in both Arabic and English, including interpreted cross-sections, lithological logs, and recommended foundation design parameters.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance mobilization payment upon contract signature; 40% progress payment upon completion of all field investigations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah; and 30% final payment upon acceptance of the final Geologist report and all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
  2. The Geologist and all supporting personnel shall hold valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) professional registration and appropriate work permits issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) of Saudi Arabia.
  3. All work shall comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), SASO standards, and any applicable regulations of the Jeddah Municipality and the Red Sea Development Authority.
  4. The Client shall provide safe access to all designated investigation sites within Saudi Arabia Jeddah and shall coordinate with relevant government authorities for necessary fieldwork permits.
  5. Any scope changes, additional borehole locations, or extended fieldwork duration beyond the 4-month period outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal variation order and additional cost assessment.
  6. Confidentiality: All geological data, site-specific findings, and project documentation generated by the Geologist in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain the exclusive property of the Client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
  8. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for environmental impact assessments, hydrogeological studies, or structural engineering design, which may be quoted separately upon request.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Geologist services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a formal request to proceed with the issuance of a Purchase Order and the execution of the definitive Service Agreement.
