The following services will be delivered by a certified Geologist with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of field experience in the Arabian Peninsula geological formations, including but not limited to the Jeddah Formation, Dammam Formation, and the underlying Precambrian basement rocks characteristic of the Riyadh region:
- Geological Site Reconnaissance: Desktop study, aerial imagery analysis, and field reconnaissance of the project site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh to identify surface geological features, fault lines, and potential geohazards.
- Subsurface Investigation Planning: Design and supervision of borehole drilling programs, including determination of borehole locations, depths, and sampling intervals appropriate for the Riyadh geological setting.

The total estimated duration for the completion of all Geologist services described in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) to ten (10) working weeks from the date of contract execution. The fieldwork phase in Saudi Arabia Riyadh is scheduled to commence within fourteen (14) calendar days of the client's written approval of this Quotation Estimate. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided upon contract signing.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for Geologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole logging, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist report.
5.3 All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code, SASO standards, MEIMR regulations, and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements of the Saudi Green Initiative.
5.4 The Geologist assigned to this project shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000.
5.5 Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
5.6 All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist and consulting firm retain the right to use anonymized data for academic and professional development purposes.
5.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard access to the project site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. If the site presents exceptional geological complexity, restricted access, or requires specialized equipment not listed herein, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) working days of the Geologist's preliminary site assessment.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Geologist services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
