This Quotation Estimate is issued by HanGeum Geological Consulting Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Geologist and supporting geological field team to conduct subsurface investigation, soil and rock characterization, and geotechnical risk assessment for the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Extension Phase III project. All services described herein will be performed within the administrative boundaries of South Korea Seoul, specifically across the Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Yongsan-gu districts, in full compliance with the South Korean Geology Act (Act No. 10620) and the Korean Geotechnical Society (KGS) professional standards.
The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid Class 1 Geologist license issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of documented experience in urban geotechnical investigations in metropolitan environments comparable to South Korea Seoul.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires written reconfirmation from HanGeum Geological Consulting Co., Ltd.
- All rates quoted are in South Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of the Geologist's professional fees, field equipment, and standard consumables. Travel within the Seoul metropolitan area is included; travel outside South Korea Seoul will be billed at actual cost.
- The Geologist and field team shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, occupational safety regulations (KOSHA), and environmental protection statutes governing geological fieldwork in urban areas of Seoul.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole drilling, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- Any change in scope, additional boreholes, or extended monitoring periods beyond those specified in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing prior to commencement of the additional work.
- The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 for the duration of the project in South Korea Seoul.
- Confidentiality: All subsurface data, geological maps, and reports generated under this engagement are the exclusive property of the Client. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share such data with third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) seated in Seoul, South Korea.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined for the engagement of the Geologist and geological field team for the project located in South Korea Seoul.
