The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan:

Geological Site Investigation: Conduct a full subsurface geological survey of the designated 12-hectare construction parcel located in the Yakkasaroy district of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This includes borehole drilling to a minimum depth of 40 meters, soil and rock sampling, and in-situ testing (Standard Penetration Test, Cone Penetration Test).
Seismic Hazard Assessment: Given the well-documented seismic activity in the Tashkent basin, the Geologist shall perform a detailed seismic microzonation study, referencing the Uzbekistan National Seismic Code (SNiP 2-07-01) and the latest data from the Institute of Seismology, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Groundwater & Hydrogeological Analysis: Map the local aquifer system, assess groundwater levels, and evaluate the risk of soil liquefaction and subsidence for the proposed development in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Geotechnical Report: Deliver a comprehensive 80-page geotechnical engineering report in both English and Uzbek, including recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and earthworks planning.
Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Assist the client in obtaining all necessary geological and environmental permits from the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent City Executive Committee.
On-Site Consultation: Provide a minimum of 10 on-site consultation days during the active construction phase, with the Geologist available for real-time decision-making regarding unforeseen subsurface conditions.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: (a) 40% upon signing of the service contract; (b) 35% upon delivery of the interim field investigation report; and (c) 25% upon final acceptance of the complete geotechnical report and all regulatory permits. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to the designated account of GeoCentral Asia Consulting LLP, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Geologist team are subject to revision.
All geological data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
The Geologist and supporting team shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Law on Subsoil, the Law on Environmental Protection, and local Tashkent municipal bylaws.
Any change in scope, additional boreholes, or extended fieldwork beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and additional cost approval by both parties.
GeoCentral Asia Consulting LLP shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 for the duration of the project in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent Arbitration Center.
The Geologist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all subsurface data, site conditions, and proprietary information encountered during the investigation in Uzbekistan Tashkent.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, scope, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Geologist and geological services team in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement.
