The Graphic Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services on a full-time, on-site basis at the client's office located in the Pudong New Area of China Shanghai:

• Brand Identity Development: Design and refinement of the client's corporate logo, color palette, typography system, and comprehensive brand guidelines document. The Graphic Designer will conduct a competitive analysis of peer companies operating in China Shanghai's trade and logistics sector.
• Marketing Collateral: Creation of print and digital assets including brochures, product catalogs, trade show banners, business cards, letterheads, and social media templates. All materials will be localized for both Mandarin Chinese and English audiences.
• Digital Design: Design of website landing pages, email marketing templates, presentation decks (PowerPoint/Keynote), and video motion graphics for the client's digital marketing campaigns.
• Packaging Design: Development of product packaging concepts, dielines, and print-ready artwork for the client's consumer-facing product lines, ensuring compliance with China's national labeling and packaging regulations.
• Event and Exhibition Graphics: Design of booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials for trade exhibitions held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in China Shanghai and other major venues.
• Ongoing Creative Support: Availability for ad-hoc design requests, revisions, and creative consultations during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time).

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Shanghai Creative Design Studio Co., Ltd. at Bank of China, Pudong Branch, China Shanghai. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due within 10 business days of contract execution (CNY 282,702.00).
• Monthly Invoicing: The remaining balance shall be invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month, payable within 30 days of invoice date.
• Project-Based Deliverables: One-time project fees (Items 2, 4, and 5) shall be invoiced 50% upon project kickoff and 50% upon final client approval of deliverables.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Shanghai.
2. The Graphic Designer assigned to this engagement shall be a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in brand and marketing design, with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
3. All intellectual property rights in the final approved deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer and Shanghai Creative Design Studio Co., Ltd. retain the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio.
4. The client shall provide all necessary brand assets, product information, and creative briefs in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback beyond five (5) business days may result in schedule adjustments without additional cost to the studio.
5. This engagement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in China Shanghai.
6. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer and all studio personnel shall adhere to strict non-disclosure obligations regarding the client's proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Shanghai.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. Upon mutual signature, this Quotation Estimate shall serve as the basis for the execution of a formal Service Agreement between the parties.
