The scope encompasses the full-cycle design engagement required by the client, including brand identity development, marketing collateral production, digital asset creation, and ongoing visual communication support. All deliverables will be produced by a senior Graphic Designer with over twelve years of experience working with Egyptian and multinational brands operating in the Cairo metropolitan area.

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (EGP 173,736) due upon signed acceptance of this document.
• Milestone Payment: 30% (EGP 130,302) due upon delivery of the Brand Identity Package and Marketing Collateral.
• Final Payment: 30% (EGP 130,302) due upon completion of all remaining deliverables and acceptance by the client.
• All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to Cairo Creative Studio's account at CIB, Cairo branch, or by certified cheque. International wire transfers are accepted with a 3% processing surcharge.

The estimated project duration for the one-time deliverables (Items 01–04, 06, 07) is six (6) weeks from the date of advance payment confirmation. The monthly retainer (Item 05) shall commence in the first week of the following month and continue for six consecutive months. The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will be available for in-person meetings at the Cairo Creative Studio office in Downtown Cairo, as well as at the client's premises in New Cairo, upon prior scheduling.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to market fluctuations in Egypt Cairo.
• All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Cairo Creative Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The assigned Graphic Designer is a full-time employee of Cairo Creative Studio. Substitution of personnel requires written consent from the client.
• Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at a rate of EGP 1,200 per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback (exceeding five business days) will extend the project timeline accordingly without penalty to Cairo Creative Studio.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
• All source files (AI, PSD, INDD, Figma) will be delivered in the final handover package. Print-ready files will be supplied in CMYK format at 300 DPI, compatible with standard Cairo print production facilities.
