This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for engaging our senior Graphic Designer team to support your upcoming brand identity and marketing collateral project. All services described herein will be executed by our dedicated studio located in Indonesia Jakarta, ensuring direct collaboration, timely communication, and full compliance with local business regulations and tax obligations.

Scope of Work – Graphic Designer Services

Our Graphic Designer team will deliver a comprehensive suite of visual assets tailored to your brand positioning in the competitive Jakarta market. The scope includes but is not limited to: brand identity development (logo, color palette, typography system), print collateral design (business cards, brochures, letterheads, banners), digital marketing assets (social media templates, email headers, web banners), and presentation deck design. All deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) with full source file ownership transferred upon final payment.

Note: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of the Graphic Designer's professional expertise, software licensing, and project management. PPN (11%) is applied in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes to scope after acceptance will be subject to a revised quotation. Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: 50% down payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% is due within 7 (seven) business days of final deliverable approval. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Bank Mandiri, Indonesia Jakarta branch.
Timeline: The complete project, from kickoff to final delivery, is estimated at 4–5 weeks. A detailed milestone schedule will be provided upon contract signing. Our Graphic Designer will assign a dedicated project lead for weekly progress updates.
Revisions: Each design deliverable includes two (2) rounds of revisions as specified. Additional revision cycles beyond the included rounds will be billed at IDR 1,500,000 per round per asset.
Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client. Our studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, all work completed to date shall be invoiced at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement, in compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022).

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work described above. The engagement of our Graphic Designer team shall commence upon receipt of the initial 50% payment and a signed service agreement.
