The Graphic Designer assigned to this project will deliver the following services tailored to the visual identity and communication needs of the client within the competitive market of Iran Tehran:

• Complete brand identity refresh including logo refinement, color palette, typography system, and brand guidelines document (minimum 40 pages).
• Design of 12 (twelve) print marketing materials: brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, and product packaging mockups.
• Creation of 24 (twenty-four) social media graphics optimized for Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn platforms commonly used in the Iranian digital landscape.
• Design of a 16-page corporate annual report with bilingual layout (Persian/English).
• Development of 3 (three) large-format outdoor advertising banners (3m x 6m) for placement in key Tehran districts.
• Two (2) rounds of revision included for each deliverable category.

* All prices are quoted in Iranian Rial (IRR) and are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect this Quotation Estimate as all transactions are conducted in local currency within Iran Tehran.

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (83,080,000 IRR) due upon signing of this document and project kickoff.
• Milestone Payment: 35% (72,695,000 IRR) due upon completion of Phase 3 (Social Media & Digital Assets delivery).
• Final Payment: 25% (51,925,000 IRR) due upon final acceptance and handover of all source files and print-ready documents.
• Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Design Studio, Bank Melli, Tehran branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Iranian tax regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iran Tehran.
• All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio.
• Any additional revisions beyond the two (2) included rounds will be billed at 1,500,000 IRR per hour of the Graphic Designer's time.
• The client agrees to provide all necessary brand assets, copy text, and product photography within 5 business days of project commencement to avoid timeline delays.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party costs such as professional photography, stock licensing, or physical printing and production, which will be quoted separately if required.
• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiation in accordance with the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with jurisdiction in Tehran courts.
• Confidentiality: All project materials, client data, and business information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Graphic Designer and the studio team.
