1. Scope of Work – Graphic Designer Services in Japan Osaka

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kansai Creative Studio Co., Ltd. to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by our senior Graphic Designer, Sato Yuki, for the Osaka Metropolitan Retail Group. The engagement is based in Japan Osaka and encompasses a comprehensive suite of visual design deliverables tailored to the client's regional marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and digital presence across the Kansai region. The Graphic Designer will operate primarily from our studio in Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, with scheduled on-site visits to the client's headquarters in Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka.

3. Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule to ensure smooth project execution by the Graphic Designer team in Japan Osaka:

1. 30% Advance Payment (¥1,843,710): Due within 7 business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to project commencement on August 1, 2025.
2. 40% Mid-Project Payment (¥2,458,280): Due upon completion of the Brand Identity Redesign and In-Store Visual Merchandising deliverables, expected by September 15, 2025.
3. 30% Final Payment (¥1,843,710): Due within 14 business days of final delivery and client sign-off on all remaining Graphic Designer outputs, no later than November 14, 2025.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Kansai Creative Studio Co., Ltd., Bank of Osaka, Chuo Branch, Account No. XXXXXXXX. Late payments shall incur a surcharge of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial practice.

4. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Japan Osaka print and production market.
2. All intellectual property rights for final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and industry showcases, subject to client confidentiality agreements.
3. The Graphic Designer shall adhere to all applicable Japanese advertising standards, including the Japan Advertising Review Organization (JARO) guidelines, particularly for campaigns distributed in the Osaka metropolitan area.
4. Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate.
5. The Graphic Designer commits to a minimum of 40 hours per week of dedicated project work during the engagement period, with availability for urgent revisions within 48 hours.
6. Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate through amicable negotiation. Should resolution be unattainable, matters shall be submitted to the Osaka District Court under the jurisdiction of Japan Osaka.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it shall serve as the governing agreement for the Graphic Designer services described herein.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer engagement in Japan Osaka.
