- Brand Identity Development: Complete logo design (primary, secondary, and monochrome variants), brand color palette, typography selection, and a comprehensive brand guidelines document (minimum 40 pages) tailored to the Japanese and international markets.
- Marketing Collateral Design: Design of business cards, letterheads, brochures (A4 tri-fold), product packaging mockups, and trade show banners for the upcoming Tokyo International Digital Expo 2025.
- Digital Assets: Social media templates (Instagram, X/Twitter, LINE Official Account), email newsletter headers, website hero banners, and presentation slide templates.
- Print Production Oversight: Coordination with local Japan Tokyo print vendors for CMYK color calibration, bleed specifications, and final file delivery in AI, PDF, and TIFF formats.
- Revisions and Consultation: Up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable, with dedicated consultation sessions held at our Japan Tokyo office or via video conference.

The Graphic Designer engagement is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2025, and conclude by September 15, 2025, in alignment with the Tokyo International Digital Expo 2025. All milestones will be tracked through our project management platform, and weekly progress reports will be submitted to the client from our Japan Tokyo studio.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to Kanto Creative Studio Co., Ltd. (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Account ending in 4821, Minato-ku, Japan Tokyo). The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (by June 20, 2025).
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon approval of the brand identity package (expected August 1, 2025).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all final files and source assets (by September 15, 2025).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for Graphic Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Tokyo.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until such time, all work-in-progress remains the property of Kanto Creative Studio Co., Ltd.
- The Graphic Designer team reserves the right to request additional fees for scope changes exceeding 15% of the originally agreed deliverables. Any such changes will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate addendum.
- Revisions beyond the three (3) included rounds will be billed at the standard Graphic Designer hourly rate of JPY 12,000 per hour.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Tokyo under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this Graphic Designer engagement in Japan Tokyo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work detailed in this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services to be performed in Japan Tokyo. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
