This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio S.L. to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by our senior Graphic Designer for the benefit of Iberia Retail Group S.A. All design deliverables, creative direction, and visual communication assets will be produced in accordance with the specifications agreed upon for this project, executed within the professional standards expected in the Spain Madrid creative and commercial sector. This Quotation Estimate covers a comprehensive engagement period of twelve (12) weeks, during which our Graphic Designer will be dedicated to developing a complete brand identity refresh, marketing collateral suite, and digital asset library for the client’s upcoming retail campaign.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates for Graphic Designer services in Spain Madrid.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (€5,178.80) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (€7,768.20) shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 30% at the midpoint of the project (week six) and 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
- Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per individual deliverable. Additional revision cycles beyond the included rounds will be billed at the standard Graphic Designer hourly rate of €65.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all original design files, source documents, and final deliverables created by our Graphic Designer shall become the exclusive property of the client. PixelCraft Design Studio S.L. reserves the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio, subject to the client’s written consent.
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs associated with stock photography, licensed fonts, premium design assets, or specialised print production services in Spain Madrid are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and will be billed at cost with a 10% administrative surcharge.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, business strategies, and proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the contract for a period of two (2) years.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or widespread service disruptions affecting the Spain Madrid metropolitan area.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by both parties. The client’s signature below constitutes full acceptance of all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work as described herein.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Graphic Designer services to be delivered in Spain Madrid. This document constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter described herein.
