The project encompasses the full visual identity development, marketing collateral design, and digital asset creation for Mediterráneo Marketing Group S.L., a leading communications agency operating in the Valencia metropolitan area.

Our senior Graphic Designer, Carlos Ferrer Vidal, with over twelve years of experience in brand identity, editorial design, and digital media, will lead all creative deliverables. The work will be executed primarily from our studio located in the Ruzafa district of Spain Valencia, with on-site meetings and presentations scheduled at the client's premises in the Port area of Valencia. All deliverables will comply with current Spanish design standards, accessibility guidelines (EN 301 549), and the specific branding requirements outlined in the attached creative brief.

The scope includes but is not limited to: logo refinement and vectorisation, corporate stationery suite (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, folders), a complete set of social media templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), print-ready brochures (A4 tri-fold and A5 bi-fold), trade show booth graphics for the upcoming Fira de València exhibition, and a responsive web banner package. Each deliverable will undergo a minimum of three revision cycles as part of this Quotation Estimate.

* All rates are exclusive of VAT. The 21% IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) is applied in accordance with Spanish tax regulations for services rendered in the Comunitat Valenciana. Third-party printing costs for physical materials in Spain Valencia are not included and will be quoted separately upon request.

• 40% Advance Payment: €3,973.64 (including VAT) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This payment secures the Graphic Designer's schedule and initiates the project timeline.
• 35% Mid-Project Payment: €3,476.94 (including VAT) due upon delivery and client approval of the brand identity and stationery suite (Items 01–02).
• 25% Final Payment: €2,483.52 (including VAT) due upon final delivery of all remaining deliverables and receipt of the complete source file package (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG formats).
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ley 3/2004 on late payment in commercial transactions.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on the Graphic Designer's current availability and market rates in Spain Valencia.
• All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until such transfer, Valencia Creative Studio S.L. retains all rights to the work.
• The client is entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable as included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the standard Graphic Designer hourly rate of €55.00 per hour.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the engagement, in compliance with the Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales (LOPD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Valencia region.
• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Comunitat Valenciana.
