2. Scope of Work – Graphic Designer Services

This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by our senior Graphic Designer, Mr. Farai Ncube, and his dedicated creative team at Chimurenga Creative Studio. The engagement is specifically tailored to meet the branding, marketing, and visual communication needs of Moyo & Partners (Pvt) Ltd, operating within the Zimbabwe Harare business environment. All deliverables will be produced to international standards while incorporating local cultural aesthetics appropriate for the Zimbabwe Harare market.

The Graphic Designer will oversee the complete visual identity refresh, including but not limited to: logo redesign and vectorisation, corporate stationery suite (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and presentation folders), digital marketing collateral (social media templates, email headers, and web banners), print materials (brochures, flyers, and annual report layout), and environmental graphics (office signage and vehicle branding). The Graphic Designer will conduct two on-site consultation meetings at the client's Harare premises and provide unlimited revision cycles during the initial concept phase.

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or the Graphic Designer's availability within the Zimbabwe Harare market.

4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being $3,933.00, is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%), being $3,933.00, is payable upon final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables by the client.

4.3 All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to Chimurenga Creative Studio's account at Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare Branch, or in South African Rand (ZAR) at the prevailing interbank rate on the day of payment.

4.4 The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all concepts, sketches, and exploratory work until final payment has been received in full. Upon clearance of the outstanding balance, all rights to the final approved deliverables transfer to the client.

4.5 Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles beyond the included number will be billed at $75.00 per hour for the Graphic Designer's time.

4.6 Timeline: The project schedule assumes timely provision of all client assets, copy, and approvals. Delays in client feedback exceeding five (5) business days will extend the project timeline proportionally at no additional cost to the client.

4.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare before recourse to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

4.8 Chimurenga Creative Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Graphic Designer's work in the client's marketing or commercial activities.

5. Acceptance & Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Graphic Designer services described herein. The client confirms that the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and terms are understood and agreed upon. This signed Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Chimurenga Creative Studio and Moyo & Partners (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of professional graphic design services in Zimbabwe Harare.
