1. This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document and does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate.
2. Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance shall be payable at the time of service completion. Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our Bangalore, India location.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 25% service charge. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4. All hairdresser services will be performed by certified and experienced professionals at our Bangalore studio. The specific hairdresser assigned will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Product brands mentioned in this Quotation Estimate are indicative. In the event of product unavailability, an equivalent or superior product will be substituted with prior client consent.
6. This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the client named above and is non-transferable. Any modifications to the service scope will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
7. All services are subject to the prevailing GST regulations of India. The tax rate of 18% is applied as per the current government notification for personal care and beauty services in Bangalore, Karnataka.
8. Our Hairdresser studio operates from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours may incur additional charges.
9. The client agrees to a patch test 48 hours prior to any chemical hair treatment (colouring, keratin, perm) to ensure no allergic reaction occurs.
10. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
