All services listed below are performed by certified and experienced Hairdresser professionals who have over a decade of experience serving clients across Pakistan Karachi and the broader Sindh province.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised based on current market rates in Pakistan Karachi for premium Hairdresser services.
• A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to PKR 90,860, is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Hairdresser team's schedule for the specified event date.
• The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%), amounting to PKR 90,860, shall be payable on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of services, via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash.
• All Hairdresser services are to be performed at the client's designated venue within the boundaries of Pakistan Karachi (DHA, Clifton, Gulshan, Bahria Town Karachi, or surrounding areas). Travel beyond these zones will incur an additional charge of PKR 2,000 per 10 kilometers.
• The Hairdresser team will arrive at the venue at least one (1) hour before the scheduled start time to set up equipment, review the consultation notes, and prepare for the styling session.
• Any changes to the agreed-upon hairstyle or additional services requested on the day of the event will be subject to additional charges as per the studio's standard rate card, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
• In the event of rescheduling due to the client's convenience, a minimum of seven (7) days' prior written notice is required. Rescheduling within seven days will result in a 25% penalty on the advance payment.
• All hair products used during the session are hypoallergenic and sourced from internationally recognized brands. The Hairdresser team will conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to the event if the client requests it.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include makeup services, jewelry, or attire. Those services may be arranged separately through our partner vendors in Pakistan Karachi upon the client's request.
• Elegance Hair Studio shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from pre-existing conditions of the client's hair or scalp, provided that all standard safety protocols are followed by the Hairdresser team.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
