Notes & Assumptions
This Quotation Estimate is based on the client's current hair length (approximately 40 cm), hair density (medium), and the specific services discussed during the initial consultation on 10 June 2025. Should the Hairdresser determine during the actual service that additional product, time, or technique is required to achieve the desired outcome, a supplementary estimate will be presented to the client for written approval before any additional work commences. All services are to be performed at our South Africa Cape Town premises unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Hairdresser team will utilise only professional-grade products sourced from approved distributors within South Africa.
Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in product costs, exchange rates, or operational expenses within South Africa Cape Town.
2. A deposit of 30% (R 2,863.50) is required to secure the appointment date. The balance of 70% (R 6,681.50) is payable upon completion of all services. Payment may be made via EFT, card, or cash at our Cape Town studio.
3. Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
4. All colour and chemical treatments carry a patch-test requirement 48 hours prior to the appointment. The Hairdresser reserves the right to decline service if an adverse reaction is observed.
5. This estimate does not constitute a fixed-price contract. Final billing may vary by up to 10% depending on actual product consumption and service duration. The client will be informed of any variance before service completion.
6. Cape Town Elegance Hair Studio is registered with the Western Cape Department of Health and holds a valid business licence for Hairdresser operations in South Africa Cape Town. All practitioners are certified by the South African Hairdressing Council.
7. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the named client.
