All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of all professional products used during the Hairdresser service. VAT is calculated at the current South African standard rate of 15%.
Scope of Work and Service DeliveryThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Luxe Cuts & Styles Hairdressing Studio, a registered and fully insured Hairdresser operating in South Africa Johannesburg. Our team of certified professionals will deliver all services listed above at your Rosebank office premises on the agreed date. The on-site mobile hairdressing service includes the transportation of all necessary equipment, including professional clippers, styling stations, hot water supply, and waste disposal units. Each service will be performed by a qualified Hairdresser with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the South Africa Johannesburg hairdressing industry.
The corporate grooming consultation will be conducted by our Senior Hairdresser, Thandiwe Mokoena, who will assess each team member's hair type, facial structure, and professional requirements to provide personalised styling recommendations. A written maintenance plan will be provided to your HR department for ongoing reference.
Terms and Conditions1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in product costs or service availability in South Africa Johannesburg.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% (R 11,965.75) is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance of 50% (R 11,965.75) is due within seven (7) business days following the completion of all services. Payment may be made via EFT to our FNB account (Account No: 6284 5512 009, Branch: 250655, Reference: QE-2025-04871).
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
4. Scheduling: The on-site service is estimated to take approximately four (4) hours for all 12 team members. A dedicated room or area with access to a power outlet and running water must be made available at the client's premises.
5. Liability: Luxe Cuts & Styles Hairdressing Studio shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse responses to hairdressing products. Clients are advised to inform the Hairdresser of any known allergies prior to the service.
6. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg, South Africa.
7. Acceptance: By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate. This document does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received.
