Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Hairdresser service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Hairdresser team's availability. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) working days following the completion of all services.
- All Hairdresser services will be performed by licensed and certified professionals registered with the Tanzania Council for Professional Development. Our team operates exclusively within the Tanzania Dar es Salaam region.
- The client agrees to provide adequate workspace, electricity access, and seating arrangements at the venue located within Tanzania Dar es Salaam to facilitate the Hairdresser team's operations.
- Any cancellation requested less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service date will incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via email or signed copy returned to Serenity Hair Studio & Salon, Dar es Salaam.
- All Hairdresser services are subject to a satisfaction guarantee. Should any individual be dissatisfied with their styling, the responsible Hairdresser will perform a complimentary re-styling within the same session at no additional cost.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Our Hairdresser team adheres to all health and safety regulations set by the Ministry of Health, Tanzania, including the use of sterilised tools and single-use accessories where applicable.
