Thank you for your enquiry regarding professional hairdressing services at our Birmingham salon. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared following your initial consultation on 10 June 2025, during which our senior Hairdresser assessed your hair type, length, and the specific treatments you have requested. The figures set out below represent a detailed and itemised Quotation Estimate for the full package of services you have selected. 1. Scope of Services – Hairdresser PackageThe following Quotation Estimate covers a comprehensive Hairdresser service package to be carried out at our Birmingham, United Kingdom premises. All treatments will be performed by a qualified and experienced Hairdresser holding a Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing, registered with the Hair & Beauty Federation (HBF) and fully insured for work conducted in the United Kingdom.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is charged at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate is valid for services performed at our Birmingham, United Kingdom location only.
2. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Quotation Estimate expire, our Hairdresser team will reconfirm pricing and availability before proceeding with any booking.
- Acceptance: To accept this Quotation Estimate, please sign and return the copy below or confirm in writing via email to [email protected]. A deposit of 25% (£97.50) is required to secure your appointment slot at our Birmingham salon.
- Payment: The balance of £292.50 is payable on the day of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), contactless payments, and bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted in line with our Birmingham, United Kingdom financial compliance policy.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value. Rescheduling is permitted once without charge, provided 48 hours' notice is given to our Birmingham reception.
- Product Allergies: The client must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to hairdressing products prior to treatment. The Hairdresser will perform a patch test 48 hours before any colour application. The salon and its Hairdresser staff shall not be liable for adverse reactions where prior disclosure was not made.
- Complaints: Any dissatisfaction with the Hairdresser service rendered must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the treatment date. Our Birmingham management team will review all complaints in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom).
- Insurance and Compliance: The Birmingham Hair Studio holds full public liability insurance (£5,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance. All Hairdresser staff are DBS-checked and hold current first-aid certification, in compliance with United Kingdom health and safety regulations.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Please be advised that the total appointment duration for this Hairdresser package is approximately four and a half hours. We recommend arriving fifteen minutes prior to your booked start time. Complimentary tea, coffee, and Wi-Fi are available in our Birmingham waiting lounge. Parking is available at the adjacent New Street car park (B2 4HA) at a rate of £2.50 per hour.
This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional treatments or product purchases that may be requested during the appointment. Any such additions will be quoted separately and require your written consent before the Hairdresser proceeds.
