This Quotation Estimate is issued by HR Solutions Italia S.r.l. to formally present the comprehensive cost structure, professional fees, and service deliverables associated with the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a Human Resources Manager for the client's office located in Italy Rome. The present document constitutes a binding financial proposal for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which all rates and conditions herein stated shall be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing market conditions in the Roman metropolitan area.

The engagement described in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the full-cycle recruitment and integration of a senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all personnel, compensation, compliance, and organisational development functions for the client's operations in Italy Rome. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Market research and talent mapping within the Rome and Lazio region for qualified Human Resources Manager candidates with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in Italian corporate environments.
Design and execution of a structured selection process comprising initial screening, competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference verification, all conducted in compliance with Italian data protection regulations (GDPR and D.Lgs. 196/2003).
Negotiation of employment terms, including base salary, variable compensation, benefits package, and contractual clauses aligned with the applicable Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the relevant sector.
Onboarding support for the appointed Human Resources Manager, including orientation to the client's corporate culture, introduction to key stakeholders in Italy Rome, and a structured ninety-day integration plan.
Post-placement monitoring and advisory support for a period of six (6) months following the candidate's start date, ensuring successful assimilation into the Italy Rome business environment.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Human Resources Manager placement in Italy Rome shall be structured as follows:

30% advance payment (€ 6,222.00 incl. VAT) due upon written acceptance of this quotation and execution of the service agreement.
40% milestone payment (€ 8,296.00 incl. VAT) due upon successful completion of the selection process and formal offer acceptance by the candidate.
30% final payment (€ 6,222.00 incl. VAT) due upon completion of the onboarding phase and commencement of the post-placement monitoring period.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of HR Solutions Italia S.r.l. as detailed in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, all pricing is subject to re-evaluation based on current market rates in Italy Rome.
The Human Resources Manager candidate must remain in the client's employment for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. In the event of voluntary resignation or termination without cause within this period, a re-engagement fee of 50% of the total placement cost shall be invoiced.
All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian labour law (D.Lgs. 81/2008), the applicable CCNL, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed into national legislation.
HR Solutions Italia S.r.l. shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in Italy Rome.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
This document does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the Human Resources Manager candidate. It solely governs the professional recruitment services provided by HR Solutions Italia S.r.l.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises HR Solutions Italia S.r.l. to proceed with the recruitment and placement of a Human Resources Manager for its Italy Rome operations under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
