This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in manufacturing process improvement, lean manufacturing, and industrial automation. The scope of work for the Industrial Engineer in Egypt Cairo includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Conduct a full-time study of the existing production lines at the client's Egypt Cairo facility (approximately 12,000 sqm floor area).
• Perform time-and-motion analysis, work measurement, and bottleneck identification across all assembly and packaging stations.
• Develop a comprehensive process flow redesign plan incorporating lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Prepare a detailed capital expenditure (CAPEX) recommendation for machinery upgrades and automation integration.
• Deliver a 90-day implementation roadmap with KPIs, milestones, and resource allocation schedules.
• Provide on-site supervision and training for a minimum of six (6) weeks during the transition phase in Egypt Cairo.
• Submit a final technical report and a 12-month post-implementation performance monitoring plan.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (EGP 129,139.20): Due upon signing of the service agreement and prior to the Industrial Engineer's mobilization to the Egypt Cairo site.
• 40% Progress Payment (EGP 172,185.60): Due upon completion of the process redesign deliverables and CAPEX report (end of Week 6).
• 30% Final Payment (EGP 129,139.20): Due upon delivery of the final technical report and acceptance by the client's Operations Director.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Cairo Industrial Solutions & Engineering Consultants, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Central Bank of Egypt's prevailing rate plus 2% per annum.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
2. The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and the client's site-specific safety protocols while working in Egypt Cairo.
3. Intellectual property rights in all reports, process designs, and training materials produced by the Industrial Engineer shall vest in the client upon full payment of the amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate.
4. Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as per the rates in this Quotation Estimate.
5. The Industrial Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the duration of the project in Egypt Cairo.
6. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be appended as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Cairo.
8. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein. The Industrial Engineer services in Egypt Cairo shall commence within five (5) business days of the advance payment being received in full.
