1. Scope of Services – Industrial Engineer Assignment

This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProIngegneria S.r.l. to formally propose the engagement of a senior Industrial Engineer to deliver comprehensive process optimization, production planning, and operational efficiency services at the client's manufacturing facility located in Italy Milan. The Industrial Engineer will operate on-site in Italy Milan for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, providing hands-on technical leadership across all production lines. This Quotation Estimate covers the full scope of professional services, travel within the Italy Milan metropolitan area, and all associated deliverables as detailed below.

3. Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all invoiced in Euro (EUR) and payable within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of ProIngegneria S.r.l., Milano:

30% advance payment (€ 47,177.40 incl. VAT) upon contract signature and commencement of the Industrial Engineer assignment in Italy Milan.
40% interim payment (€ 62,903.20 incl. VAT) due at the completion of Week 13, subject to delivery of interim process optimization reports.
30% final payment (€ 47,177.40 incl. VAT) due upon project closure, final handover of all documentation, and sign-off by the client's plant director in Italy Milan.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the proposed Industrial Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
All services will be performed in Italy Milan or its immediate metropolitan area. Any travel outside the Italy Milan region (e.g., to client sites in Turin, Bologna, or other Italian cities) will be billed separately at cost plus 15% administrative surcharge.
The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project holds a recognized degree in Industrial Engineering (Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale) from an Italian university and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in manufacturing process optimization, with specific expertise in the automotive and mechanical sectors prevalent in Italy Milan.
ProIngegneria S.r.l. shall comply with all applicable Italian labour regulations, safety standards (D.Lgs. 81/2008), and data protection requirements (GDPR / Italian Privacy Code) throughout the engagement in Italy Milan.
Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing via a formal Change Order. Additional services will be priced at the rates specified herein or as mutually agreed.
Intellectual property generated specifically for the client during this engagement in Italy Milan shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools of ProIngegneria S.r.l. remain the property of the consulting firm.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Italy Milan, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Governing law is Italian law, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milano, Italy.
